Our Story

For more than 50 years, CW Septic Service, Inc. has been helping homeowners and businesses keep their septic and wastewater systems operating properly. Located in London Mills, Illinois, our family-owned and operated company has built its reputation on dependable service, strong customer relationships, and a commitment to leaving every job in great condition.

Our story began in 1975 with Grandpa Wenger, who established the business and laid the foundation for what would become a three-generation family operation. Over the years, the business has continued from one generation to the next, first through Chris and now to Jesse. That history is an important part of who we are today. Being a third-generation company means we have had the opportunity to build relationships with customers over many years and understand the importance of earning their trust each time we provide service.

CW Septic Service specializes in septic tank cleaning and wastewater-related services for residential customers, along with grease trap cleaning and select commercial and industrial pumping services. For homeowners, regular septic tank cleaning can help maintain an efficient system, prevent backups, and keep wastewater systems in good working condition. We provide thorough and reliable cleaning with the goal of helping customers maintain their systems and avoid unnecessary problems.

We also provide kitchen and commercial grease trap cleaning. Built-up grease and waste can contribute to plumbing problems and create challenges for businesses that need to maintain proper sanitation and compliance. Our team works to thoroughly clean these systems so commercial operations can continue running smoothly.

For select commercial and industrial customers, we provide customized pumping services based on the needs of the individual system. Because these services can vary depending on the customer and their requirements, we encourage businesses to contact us to discuss their specific situation and determine how we can help.

At CW Septic Service, our work is about more than simply completing a service call. We want customers to have a positive experience from beginning to end. That means being nice and professional, completing the work properly, and cleaning up after the job. Our goal is to build relationships that last—not simply serve someone once and move on.

From our roots with Grandpa Wenger to the third generation carrying the business forward today, CW Septic Service remains committed to the same family-owned approach that has helped the company serve its community for decades. With more than 50 years of experience behind us, we look forward to continuing those relationships for generations to come.
